摘　　要： 目的:探析对肩峰下撞击综合征患者予以三号伤膏配合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院接收治疗的患有肩峰下撞击综合征的80例患者为研究对象,按照双盲法将其分为两组,每组40例。指导对照组服用布洛芬缓释胶囊,并用扶他林乳膏局部外敷;予以研究组实施三号伤膏配合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,观察比较对照组与研究组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:对照组患者的治疗有效率为72.50%,研究组患者的治疗有效率为92.50%,对照组显著低于研究组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肩峰下撞击综合征患者实施玻璃酸钠关节腔注射与三号伤膏配合治疗,能使患者的临床病症得到有效改善,缓解其疼痛现象。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combination therapy with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of patients with acromegalic impact syndrome.Method:80patients with shoulder-down impact syndrome who received treatment in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the double-blind method.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules and the external application of Fuzilin cream was applied.The treatment group was treated with the combination of sodium hyaluronate and intraperitoneal injection to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the control group and the study group.Results:The effective rate of treatment was92.50%in the control group and92.50%in the study group.The control group was significantly lower than the study group,(P<0.05).Conclusions:Sodium hyaluronate intravaginal injection combined with No.three ointment treatment can make the patient's clinical symptoms effectively improved and alleviate the pain phenomenon.
