摘 要: 根据山东省总工会在全省开展的关于提升职工队伍素质的调研情况来看,工会在职工素质建设工作提升方面发挥了不可替代的作用。然而,与经济社会发展的需求、与供给侧改革的形势任务相比,还有较大差距,主要存在重视程度不一,工作开展不平衡;经费投入不足,不能普遍惠及一线普通职工;阵地设施陈旧,资源手段缺乏;教培模式老套,工学矛盾突出等问题。需要从强化责任意识、改进教育培训模式、搭建好职工教育培训平台和阵地以及把职工教育培训经费落到实处等方面,进一步深化职工素质建设工程,提升职工队伍素质。 According to Shandong federation of trade unions’survey of improving the quality of staff team in the whole province,trade unions played irreplaceable role in this work.However,compared with demand of economy society’s development and situation task of the supply-side reform,trade unions still have following issues to be solved:the degree of recognition is not unified and the work is unevenly carried out;lack of fund investment results in not universal benefit for front-line workers;facilities are too old and there is no mature method to get resource;patterns of educational training are not modern enough so that conflicts between teaching and learning are prominent.Therefore,trades unions need to further deepen the quality construction and improve the quality of the group teams accurately focusing on above problems to strengthen responsibility consciousness,improve education training models,build proper education cultivation platform for staff and put the education fund actually into practice.
