摘 要: 目的:探讨两种健康教育模式对糖尿病患者知识和代谢指标的影响。方法:对两组糖尿病患者分别进行集体教育(A组)和看图对话教育(B组),比较两组教育效果。结果:教育后,两组糖尿病知识得分和代谢指标均显著改善(P<0.01),且B组优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:看图对话教育对糖尿病患者糖尿病相关知识掌握、代谢指标的控制明显优于集体教育。 Objective:To explore the effects of two health education models on the knowledge and metabolic indexes of diabetic patients.Methods:Two groups of diabetic patients received collective education(A group)and figure dialogue education(B group).We compared the education effect of two groups.Results:After the education,the scores of diabetes knowledge and the indexes of metabolism of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the B group was better than the A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The figure dialogue education was obviously superior to collective education in the mastery of diabetes related knowledge and control of metabolic markers of diabetic patients.
