摘　　要： 目的:探讨益气温阳法在慢性心力衰竭患者临床治疗中的作用。方法:收治慢性心力衰竭患者100例,随机分组。对照组予以西医的常规强心、利尿以及扩血管治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加益气温阳法治疗。结果:观察组在疗效和心功能的改善情况方面都明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性心力衰竭患者的临床治疗中,运用益气温阳法可以非常明显改善患者的临床症状,并提高左心室的舒缩功能,提高患者生活质量,降低再住院率和病死率。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Yiqi Wenyang method in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:100patients with chronic heart failure were selected.They were with random grouping.The patients in the control group received routine therapy of heart strengthening,diuresis,and dilation of blood vessels.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Wenyang method.Results:The improvement of the curative effect and the improvement of cardiac function in the observation group were obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with chronic heart failure in the use of Yiqi Wenyang treatment,the clinical symptoms can be significantly improved in patients,improve the left ventricular diastolic function of patients,promote the improvement in quality of life,and reduce the rate of hospitalization and the mortality rate.
