摘　　要： 目的:探讨二仙汤二至丸合方对卵巢早衰患者血清性激素含量的影响。方法:收治卵巢早衰患者96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用二仙汤合二至丸治疗,对照组采用西药人工周期疗法治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后FSH、LH、E_2水平均改善(P<0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二仙汤二至丸合方不仅提高临床有效率,而且具有降低血清FSH水平、提高血清E_2水平的作用,进而恢复和改善卵巢功能。 Objective:To explore the influence of Er Xian Tang Er Zhi Wan He Fang on serum sex hormone content in patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods:96patients with premature ovarian failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated by Er Xian Tang Er Zhi Wan.The control group was treated with western medicine artificial cycle therapy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Er Xian Tang Er Zhi Wan He Fang can not only improve the clinical efficiency,but also reduce the serum FSH level,raise the serum E2level,and then restore and improve ovarian function.
