摘　　要： 目的:探讨小切口全髋关节置换术在县级医院的推广应用情况及疗效。方法:收治实施全髋关节置换术治疗患者28例,按照切口长度分为A组和B组,各14例。结果:A组切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、术后输血量、住院时间等指标均优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:在患者具备相似手术指征、适应证、相同基础条件的前提下,小切口全髋关节置换术较常规切口全髋关节置换术更具有优势。 Objective:To investigate the application and effect of small incision total hip replacement in county hospital.Methods:28patients undergoing total hip replacement were selected.They were divided into the group A and the group B with14cases in each group according to the length of the operation.Results:The A group was superior to the B group in the length of the operation,the amount of bleeding,the time of operation,the amount of blood transfusion and the length of stay in the hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the condition that the patients have similar indications,indications and the same basic conditions,total hip arthroplasty with small incision is superior to conventional total hip arthroplasty.
