摘　　要： 目的:探讨10 d序贯疗法与14 d三联方案根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的疗效。方法:收治Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者188例,随机分为14 d三联治疗组(T-14)及10 d序贯治疗组(S-10),比较两组治疗效果。结果:S-10组总有效率和Hp根除率均显著高于T-14组。结论:10 d序贯疗法根除Hp的效果优于14 d三联疗法。 Objective:To explore the effect of sequential therapy with10days and triple therapy with14days on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication.Methods:188patients with Hp positive chronic gastritis were selected,they were randomly divided into the14days triple therapy group(T-14)and10days sequential therapy group(S-10),we compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:The total effective rate and eradication rate of the S-10group were significantly higher than those of the T-14group.Conclusion:The effect of sequential therapy with10days on Hp eradication was better than the triple therapy with14days.
