摘　　要： 目的:探讨铝碳酸镁辅助三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:收治胃溃疡患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用三联疗法治疗,观察组采用三联疗法+铝碳酸镁治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分和溃疡面积均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组的VAS评分、溃疡面积和总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:铝碳酸镁辅助三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床效果显著。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hydrotalcite assisted triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:80patients with gastric ulcer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with triple therapy,and the observation group was treated with triple therapy plus hydrotalcite.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS and ulcer areas of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the VAS score,ulcer area and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of hydrotalcite assisted triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer was significant.
