摘　　要： 目的:应用多属性效用理论(Multi-attribute utility theory,MAUT)进行药物经济学研究。方法:以头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠、哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠、美罗培南治疗医院获得性肺炎为例,用MAUT考察期望成本、有效率、住院天数、不良反应发生率对抗菌药物选择的影响。结果:头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠组优于其他组,与笔者用其他方法得出的结论一致。结论:MAUT在药物经济学评价中具有适用性。 Objective:Applying multi attribute utility theory to investigate pharmacoeconomics research.Methods:With cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium,meropenem in the treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia were investigated by MAUT expected cost,efficiency,duration of hospitalization,the incidence of adverse reactions of antibiotics selection.Results:Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium is better than other groups,and the author obtained consistent with other methods the conclusion.Conclusions:MAUT is applicable in pharmacoeconomic evaluation.
