摘　　要： 目的分析双足第二趾移植再造多手指缺损的临床疗效。方法以我院2012年1月-2014年1月期间收治患者15例多手指缺损患者为例,15例患者均接受双足第二趾移植手指再造术,其中再造拇指、食指缺损5例,再造食指、中指缺损8例,1例再造中指、环指缺损,15例患者共再造30指,对患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果 15例30指均顺利完成再造手术,30指Ⅰ期全部存活,其中有1指在术后出现血管危象,经局部处理后恢复,8指实施Ⅱ期外观整形术,术后回访3-24个月,再造指头知觉恢复,两点辨别距离为10mm左右,指功能评价优良率为100.0%,双侧供足外观对称,行走时步态正常,无痛觉。结论对于多手指缺损者实施双足第二趾移植再造可获得理想的修复效果,且该方法对供足行走及外观功能影响小,可将双足第二趾移植作为多手指缺损再造修复的首选。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of double foot second toe transplantation for reconstruction of multiple finger defects.Methods A total of15patients were selected with multi finger defect patients in our hospital during January2012-2014year in January as an example,15cases of patients underwent transplantation finger reconstruction second toes,the thumb and index finger defect in5cases,reconstruction of the index finger and middle finger defect in8cases,1cases of reconstruction of the middle finger,ring finger defect.A total of15patients with reconstruction of30fingers,the treatment effect of patients were analyzed.Results15cases were successfully completed30finger reconstruction surgery,30stage I survived,which refers to the1vascular crisis occurred after surgery and after local treatment after recovery,8refers to the implementation of phase II appearance of plastic surgery,postoperative follow-up3-24months,reconstruction of fingers recovered,the two-point discrimination distance is about10mm.The functional evaluation of the excellent rate was100%.For the full appearance of bilateral symmetry,normal gait,no pain.Conclusion To carry out the repair effect of transplantation of two second toes reconstruction can achieve ideal for multi finger defect,and the method for walking function and appearance,the double second toe transplantation as multi finger defect reconstruction repair preferred.
