摘　　要： 目的探究整体护理干预在眼部整形手术中的应用效果。方法选择我院2014年1月-2016年12月收治的170例眼部整容患者,根据围手术期护理方法不同进行分组,观察组给予整体护理,对照组采取常规护理,比较两组患者术后恢复情况及护理效果。结果观察组患者术后拆线时间(4.02±1.35)d,红肿消退时间(6.53±2.06)d,面部不良反应发生率为2.35%,均显著少于对照组患者(P<0.05);对照组患者护理满意度为83.53,观察组为95.29%,两组患者存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论整体护理措施为眼部整形手术提供全面系统化的生理护理和心理护理,提高眼部整形效果。 Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention in ocular plastic surgery.Methods From January2014-December2016treated170cases of eye surgery patients,according to different grouping perioperative nursing method,observation group was given the overall care,the control group adopted routine nursing care,compared two groups of patients with postoperative recovery and nursing effect.Results The postoperative disconnection time(4.02±1.35)d,swelling rate(6.53±2.06)d,and the incidence of facial adverse reactions were2.35%in the observation group,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)The satisfaction rate was83.53in the patients and95.29%in the observation group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall nursing measures for the eye plastic surgery to provide a comprehensive and systematic physiological care and psychological care,improve eye shaping effect.
