摘　　要： 目的对玻尿酸注射填充+PPDO埋线支撑法鼻整形术的临床治疗效果进行分析。方法选取我院2016年7月到2017年3月收治的鞍鼻患者65例,采用玻尿酸注射+PPDO埋线支撑法隆鼻术进行鼻型塑造,并进行为期半年的随访,对患者的鼻型改善情况、不良反应及患者的满意度进行调查。结果根据随访,61患者经过玻尿酸注射填充+PPDO埋线支撑法鼻整形,鼻型有明显改善,3例患者鼻背歪斜,1例患者出现感染,症状较轻,经后续治疗后恢复正常,未对生活造成实质性影响。有48例非常满意,8例满意,9例不满意,患者满意率为86.1%。结论在鼻整形术中应用玻尿酸注射填充+PPDO埋线支撑法能够取得良好的整形效果,患者的满意度较高,创伤较小,值得进一步推广。 Objective The clinical treatment effect of injection filling+PPDO catgut embedding rhinoplasty was analyzed.Methods Selected from July2016to March2017treated65cases of patients with saddle nose,hyaluronic acid injection+PPDO embedded wire supporting method hump nose operation type nose shape,and for a period of six months follow-up,nasal type of patients,adverse reactions,and investigate the patients'satisfaction.Results According to the Results of follow-up,61patients with hyaluronic acid injection filling+PPDO embedded wire support method of rhinoplasty,nasal type have markedly improved,3cases with nasal dorsum skew,1patients become infected,the symptom is lighter,after treatment with subsequent returned to normal,no material impact on life.48cases were satisfactory,8were satisfactory,9were not satisfied,and the patient satisfaction rate was86.1%.Conclusion The application of injection filling+PPDO catgut support in nasal plastic surgery can achieve good shaping effect.The patient's satisfaction is high and the trauma is small,which is worthy of further promotion.
