摘　　要： 目的通过观察吸脂技术在形体雕塑中的应用,探讨有效的形体雕塑方法。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的200例吸脂瘦身患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用体外超声吸脂术吸脂瘦身,观察组采用小切口低负压共振吸脂术吸脂瘦身,对比两组患者吸出物中血脂比、吸脂速度、肿胀液用量及皮肤弹性。结果两组平均吸脂量对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组早期皮肤瘀斑、局部明显不平、切口愈合不良、血肿或者血清肿发生率对比有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的皮肤弹性也明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口低负压共振吸脂术是一种良好的吸脂瘦身方法,值得临床借鉴和推广。 Objective Explore an effective form of sculpture through the application of technology in the form of sculpture in the observation of liposuction.Methods200cases in our hospital from January2015~January2017were liposucked patients as the research object,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50cases in each group.The control group using ultrasound in vitro liposuction liposuction slimming,observation group were treated with small incision and low negative pressure resonance liposuction liposuction slimming,blood lipid were compared between the two groups in the liposuction aspirates ratio,velocity,fluid volume and swelling of the skin elasticity.Results Two groups of average amount of liposuction contrast,significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had skin Yuban,local was uneven,poor wound healing,hematoma or seroma occurred rate comparison,significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),observe the skin elasticity groups were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The small incision and low negative pressure resonance liposuction is a good method of liposuction slimming,worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
