摘　　要： 目的探讨年轻恒前牙外伤后自体牙断冠修复治疗的临床疗效。方法选择自2013年4月至2014年11月于我科就诊的17例年轻恒前牙外伤患者,外伤牙共22颗,均为前牙。患者年龄8岁~12岁,女性4例,男性13例。选择病例:冠折牙本质折断(包括牙髓暴露),冠根折(龈下2mm以内),断片大部分完整。结果 1年后复诊,有两颗再接断冠脱落,成功率为88.2%。结论利用自体牙用于年轻恒前牙断冠再接是值得推广的过渡性修复方法。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of the repair of autologous crown after traumatic anterior teeth trauma.Methods Among the17patients who had been treated in my department from April2013to November2014,the total number of trauma teeth was22,all of which were anterior teeth.The patient was8years old to12years old,4women and13males.Selected cases:the fracture of the crown was broken(including the dental pulp),the crown fold(within2mm of the gum),and the fragment was mostly intact.Results After1year,two pieces were rediagnosed and the success rate was88.2%.Conclusion The use of autologous teeth for young permanent anterior teeth fracture is a transitional repair method worth promoting.
