摘 要: 某电厂在例行检修时发现一手动蝶阀阀轴端部键槽开裂。通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测试和断口扫描等方法,并结合SAF2507双相不锈钢热处理工艺,对该阀轴失效原因进行分析,确定裂纹是由大量σ相存在引起阀轴韧性降低所致。 The failure of keyway on the top of manual butterfly valve shaft was found in a nuclearpower plant maintenance process.The failure reasons of valve shaft were analyzed by macroscopicobservation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,mechanical property testing,fracture scanning and SAF2507duplex stainless steel heat treatment process,it was concluded that thecrack was contributed to the lower toughness of valve shaft caused by a large number ofσphase.
