摘 要: 西部某大型生活小区埋地燃气管道全长18250m,介质为天然气。管道于1998年建成,管道采用的外防腐是"外防腐层+牺牲阳极阴极保护"的联合保护方式,该阴保系统共有23组牺牲阳极组。本工作对23组牺牲阳极组的阴保参数在地面进行了测量,通过分析测量数据评价了该牺牲阳极对管道的阴保效果,测量结果显示该管道98.9%的长度没有处于有效的阴保范围,以开挖检测的方式验证了阴保系统地面测量结果的准确性。 The buried gas pipeline in a large living area in the west of China,with the length18250m,its transmission medium is natural gas.The pipeline was built in1998,the external corrosionmethod is“external coating and cathodic protection”,this cathodic protection system has23sacrificialanode groups.In this work,the parameters of the23sacrificial anode groups are measured on the ground,the effect of the sacrificial anode on the pipeline is evaluated by analyzing the measured data.Themeasurement results show that98.9%length of the pipe is not in the effective range of cathodic protection.The accuracy of the measurement results of the system is verified through the excavation.
