不同pH值下水泥土力学与渗透特性试验研究

摘  要: 为了更加全面地研究水泥土处于不同酸碱环境时的力学与渗透特性,针对湖南地区特有的红黏土,综合考虑含水率、水灰比和水泥掺入量等因素的影响,并基于正交设计方法进行一系列试验研究,得到龄期分别为3,7和28 d时水泥土的无侧限抗压强度和渗透系数,掌握了不同酸碱环境及各个试验因素对其影响规律,并利用SPSS软件对它们之间的关系进行拟合。试验结果表明:在不同酸碱环境下,水泥土均可较好地改善红黏土的力学与渗透特性;碱性环境下水泥土的无侧限抗压强度更高、渗透系数更低,酸性环境则呈相反趋势;这3种因素对水泥土无侧限抗压强度和渗透系数影响的主次顺序均是含水率→水泥掺量→水灰比,含水率是最主要的影响因素,随含水率增加试样的强度近似呈线性降低、渗透系数则明显变大;当含水率较低、水灰比较低或水泥掺入量较大时,红黏土的pH值对水泥土渗透特性影响很弱,这些因素发生改变后,水泥土渗透特性的变化规律则各不相同。 In order to have a more comprehensive study about the mechanical and permeability characteristics ofsoli-cement in different pH environments,this paper took the unique red clay in Hunan region as an example.Theaffection factors including moisture content,water cement radio and cement content were considered,and a seriesof tests were conducted based on the orthogonal design method.The unconfined compressive strength andpermeability coefficient were obtained at the ages of3,7,and28d.The influences of different pH environmentsand various factors on test were mastered,and the relationship between them was simulated by SPSS software.The test results show that soil-cement can improve the mechanic and permeability characteristics of red clay indifferent pH environments.The soil-cement has higher unconfined compressive strength and lower permeabilitycoefficient in alkaline environment while the acid environment is opposite.The order about the three factorsagainst the unconfined compressive strength and permeability coefficient is moisture content,cement content,water cement ratio.And the moisture content is the leading influence factor.With the increase of moisture content,the sample strength decreases linearly,but the permeability coefficient increases obviously.When the moisturecontent is low and the water cement ratio or cement content is high,the pH value of red clay has a weak effect onthe permeability of soil-cement.However,the change law for the permeability characteristic of soil-cementchanges when these factors are changed.
