摘　　要： 旅游安全标识是旅游公共服务体系的重要组成，是城市旅游形象的风向标，对游客的人身财产安全起到基本的预防保障作用。本文基于全域旅游建设的背景，在回顾总结旅游标识系统研究的基础上，科学界定了旅游安全标识系统的概念与分类，以国家首批全域旅游示范区南京江宁区和秦淮区为分析对象，从旅游景区安全标识、酒店安全标识、旅游交通安全标识、旅游安全标识设计等四个层面开展问卷调查和实地调研，系统总结和查找目前两个地区旅游安全标识系统的建设现状及存在问题，对照国家全域旅游示范区创建验收的标准要求，提出优化提升的对策建议，以全面提升南京全域旅游公共服务保障水平。 Tourism security identification is an important element in tourism public service system,is the symbol of a city's tourism image,and plays a basic preventive security role in the personal property safety of tourists.Based on the background of global tourism construction and the review of tourism identification system,the concept and classification of tourism safety identification system are established.By analyzing the first national global tourism demonstration zones--Nanjing Jiangning district and Qinhuai district,the questionnaire investigation and field investigation are carried out from four aspects:tourism scenic spot security identification,hotel security identification,tourism traffic safety identification and tourism security identification design.The thesis systematically summarizes and finds the construction status and problems of tourism security identification system in the two regions,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of the public in Nanjing.
