摘　　要： 本文利用2015年全国流动人口动态监测数据,借鉴Mincer收入方程,分析了流动人口收入水平的地区差异及主要影响因素。研究发现,流动人口收入的地区差异明显,东部地区明显高于其他地区,且中部、西部、东北地区收入水平依次下降。不同地区流动人口收入水平的影响因素也各不相同,市场经济相对发达的东部地区人力资本特征所发挥的作用明显高于其他地区;而中部、西部和东北地区流动人口的人口学特征和经济社会特征则发挥了更重要的作用。 This paper analyzes the regional difference of migrant population’s income and the main influencing factors by constructing the Mincer's income equation,using data from the National Dynamic Monitoring and Investigating of Migrant Population in2015.The study finds that there are obvious regional differences in the income of migrant population.The income of Migrant population in the eastern region is obviously higher than other regions and the income in the central,western and northeastern regions decreases in turn.The influencing factors of migrant population’s income in different regions are also different.The human capital characteristics in the eastern region with developed market economy are much more significant than those of the other regions.The demographic characteristics and the social and economic features of migrant population in the central,western and northeastern regions play a more important role.
