摘 要: 采用盐酸-硫酸直流腐蚀体系,分别探讨了三价铁、二价铁以及它们的混合添加对铝箔腐蚀的影响。结果表明,三价铁加入时,对铝箔点蚀有较小的影响。二价铁加入时,点蚀密度有一定的增大,但不均匀。三价铁和二价铁同时加入时,由于三价铁离子的存在,两者形成竞争关系,蚀孔密度显得均匀。三价铁、二价铁的混合加入能改善铝箔腐蚀形貌,产生密集均匀的腐蚀孔,增大比容。 Using hydrochloric acid-sufuric acid DC etching system,the influences of mix add of Fe3+and Fe2+on the aluminum foils corrosion are discussed respectively,by SEM taking micro-analysis.The results show that it has small influence on pitting corrosion when adding Fe3+;when adding Fe2+,it has restricted ability of increasing pitting corrosion ratio;when adding Fe3+and Fe2+,the corrosion rate and corrosion pore density were increased relatively;all existence of Fe3+and Fe2+can improve corrosion morphology of aluminum foil,produce dense and uniform corrosion holes,make the volume increased.
