摘　　要： 提出一种基于GIS信息调度的土地规划优化方法。首先进行了土地规划的GIS地理信息参量的模型构建和约束目标函数构建,然后进行GSI地理信息数据融合和调度处理,对地球表层包括大气层的空间信息采集结果应用到土地规划中,为土地规划提供准确的数据基础,实现地尽其用。仿真实验中,以安徽省肥东县的土地规划机关提供的GIS信息样本为测试数据,进行土地规划的GIS信息处理和数据分析,仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行土地规划,能有效反应安徽省肥东县的土地规划的实际地理信息特征,提高肥东县的土地的利用效率,实现合理配置。 An optimization method of land planning based on GIS information scheduling is proposed.Firstly,the model of GIS geographic information parameters of land planning is constructed,and the target function is constructed.Then,the spatial information of the earth's surface is applied to land planning by GSI.In the simulation experiment,the GIS information sample from Feidong County,Anhui province is provided to test data,and the GIS information processing and data analysis are carried out.Simulation results show that this method can effectively reflect the geographic information of land,improve land use efficiency and achieve reasonable allocation.
