摘　　要： 随着社会发展及医学进步,传染病临床教学的目标已从培养单纯医生向综合型人才转变。教学中通过规范各级医师的教学职责以提供教学能力,通过集体备课等方式保障教学质量。针对不同培养对象设定相应的培养计划和考核指标,授课计划在全院范围内统筹安排。根据近年来传染病疾病谱及诊疗技术的变化,调整授课内容,并在临床教学中体现人文精神,兼顾科研能力的培养。相关教学模式各有利弊,在传染病临床教学中应综合加以运用。 With the development of society and medical science,the goal of clinical teaching of infectious diseases has changed from pure cultivation of doctors to cultivating three-dimensional talents.In a teaching hospital,regulating the teaching responsibilities of various levels of physicians can ease the teaching pressure,and,the quality of teaching can be ensured through the collective lesson preparation method.According to different training objects,appropriate training programs and assessment indicators can be set up,and teaching plans can be arranged comprehensively within the whole hospital.According to the recent changes in infectious disease spectrum and diagnosis and treatment technologies,the content of teaching should be adjusted,and the humanistic spirit should be reflected in clinical teaching,and the cultivation of scientific research ability should also be taken into account.All kinds of teaching models have their own advantages and disadvantages,which should be applied comprehensively in the clinical teaching of infectious diseases.
