摘 要: 以信任这一非正式制度为研究视角,利用福建省欠发达山区农户的调查数据,实证分析了人际信任及制度信任在林农碳汇项目参与决策中的作用机制。研究表明:人际信任与制度信任对林农参与碳汇项目决策具有显著的促进作用;在碳汇项目参与的决策中,人际信任的贡献大于制度信任;林农受教育程度、接受林业培训情况、家庭纯收入以及对碳汇的认知不同程度地影响碳汇项目参与意愿。增强林农参与碳汇项目的意愿,政府应重视林农间人际信任的构建,发挥村级组织的"领头人"作用,提高林农的制度信任。 Based on the trust,the informal institution,as the research angle of view,this paper used the survey data gottenfrom Fujian,and then analyzed how the trust influenced the willingness of participation in the carbon sequestrationprojects by using binary logistic regression model.The conclusions showed that:(1)Interpersonal trust and institutionaltrust could significantly promote the willingness of participation in the carbon sequestration projects,and after therobustness test,the conclusion remained valid.(2)In carbon sequestration project participation,the contribution degree ofinterpersonal trust is greater than the institutional trust.(3)In the control variables,education,forestry training,incomeand perception of carbon sequestration also influenced rural households’willingness for carbon sequestration projects.Personal trust is not given in advance,government should combine the institutional arrangements with the practicalsituation of underdeveloped area and take the initiative to build trust and stimulate the forest carbon sequestration projectsparticipation intention.At the same time,government should consider the interest needs of households in forest carbonsink compensation system.
