摘 要: 课程建设是高校教学工作的核心环节,"三导向"人才培养模式是一种应用型医学人才培养模式,在该模式下本校从师资队伍、教学建设与改革、教学管理、教学效果和课程特色项目等方面构建了课程评价指标体系,由课程评估专家、教研室主任、专任教师、学生参与评价。 The construction of curriculum is the core link of teaching work in colleges and universities.The threeorientation talent cultivation mode is a kind of applied medical talents cultivation model.In this mode,the school has constructed a curriculum evaluation index system from the aspects of teaching staff,teaching construction and reform,teaching management,teaching effectiveness and curriculum features,etc.Curriculum assessment experts,teaching and research directors,full-time teachers and students can participate in the evaluation.
