摘 要: 为落实"三导向"人才培养模式,齐齐哈尔医学院实施了以学生自主学习能力提升为目标的教学方法改革,积极推进以问题导向(problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法。为使教师掌握PBL教学技巧,在近10年的实践与探索中,从教师的实际需求出发,结合其他院校的成功经验,遵循PBL教学理念,构建了多角度、递进式的PBL教师培训模式,并取得了良好效果。 For the implementation of the three-orientation talent cultivation model,Qiqihar Medical University has conducted the teaching reform aiming at improving students’autonomous learning ability,We actively promoted the PBL teaching method.To enable teachers to master PBL teaching skills,in the past10years of practice and exploration,we started from the actual needs of teachers,combined the successful experience of other institutions with ours,followed the PBL teaching concept,constructed a multi-angle and progressive training mode for the PBL teachers,and achieved good results.
