摘　　要： 介绍了安徽省阜阳市水资源供需现状及存在的问题。针对阜阳市水资源供需矛盾,从水资源开发利用和水资源管理两个方面,分析了阜阳市水资源开发利用与管理取得的进展和存在的问题。针对工程性缺水和水质性缺水、水资源利用效率低等问题,提出提升水资源综合保障能力的对策,确保阜阳市水资源的可持续利用。 An introduction was made on the current status and existing problem of water resources supply and demand in Fuyang City of Anhui Province.There exists conflict between supply and demand.The author analyzed the progress and existing problem of Fuyang City in water resources utilization and management.In view of the problems of engineering-induced water shortage,quality-induced water shortage and low water utilization efficiency etc.,countermeasures were put forward aiming to improve the water resources comprehensive support capability and ensure sustainable utilization of water resources in Fuyang City.
