摘　　要： 介绍了洋溪水利枢纽工程及其临时滞洪影响区的概况。根据有关规范要求,因地制宜提出洋溪水利枢纽工程临时滞洪影响区处理方案,通过对安全楼和安全台两种避洪方案的分析比较,推荐安全楼避洪为选择方案。并提出了对临时滞洪影响区规划设计的建议。 An introduction was made on the general situation of Yangxi Hydraulic Project and its temporary detention basin.Two treatment schemes of safety building and safety platform were put forward for the detention basin in accordance with relevant standards and actual conditions.Safety building scheme was selected after comparison.The author also gave suggestions for planning and design of detention basin.
