摘 要: 为阐明烤烟焦油释放量与内在指标的关系及其分布特征,对2010—2012年18个主要植烟省份812份C3F烟叶样品的焦油释放量及有关化学成分指标进行了检测分析,结果表明,烤烟焦油释放量年际间均与K_2O和纤维素含量极显著负相关,与总植物碱含量极显著正相关,其他化学成分对焦油释放量的影响存在明显的间接效应,并建立了回归方程;年际间焦油释放量的差异总体上未改变各地区焦油释放量的所属等级划分,福建南平、福建三明、福建龙岩、广东韶关、江西抚州和安徽池州区域,以及重庆的彭水、石柱、黔江、巫山、酉阳、奉节、万州区域焦油释放量较低,年际间稳定,辽宁丹东、吉林延边、陕西安康、湖北十堰及湖南张家界区域焦油释放量较低,但年际间不稳定。因此,烤烟焦油释放量主要受K_2O、总植物碱和纤维素含量的影响,低焦油释放量烟区主要分布在武夷山脉、巫山至大巴山一线和长白山脉地区,为低焦油烟叶开发提供参考。 To clarify the relationship and spatial distribution of tar content and chemical components in Chinese flue-cured tobacco,the contents of tar and related chemical components in812C3F samples of flue-cured tobacco leaves,gathered from18provinces during2010-2012,were tested and analyzed.A regression model was established and the results showed that statistically significant negative correlations between tar content and the contents of K2O and cellulose,and significant positive correlations between the tar content and the total alkaloid content were detected in every year,and an obvious indirect effect was observed between tar content and contents of the other chemical components.Overall the difference of the annual tar contents did not change the group classification of the different regions.The regions of stable low tar content mainly distributed in Nanping,Sanming,Longyan,Shaoguan ,Fuzhou,Chizhou,Pengshui,Shizhu,Qianjiang,Wushan,Youyang,Fengjie,Wanzhou,while the unstable or partially distributed regions consisted of Dandong,Yanbian,Ankang,Shiyan and Zhangjiajie.Therefore,the main factors influencing tar content were the contents of K2O,the total alkaloid and cellulose,and the low tar content regions were mainly located in the areas of Wuyi Mountains,Wushan-dabashan areas,and Changbai Mountains.
