摘　　要： 基于对国外主要发达国家的公共体育服务模式的分析,从我国国情出发,认为国外的经验对我国青少年校外体育服务体系建构有以下启示:建立完善的校外体育法律法规、加大青少年校外公共体育服务平台建设、强化社区服务功能、加强体育锻炼的宣传力度、鼓励社会体育指导员积极加入、建立有效的外部监督机制、明确管理机构的权责等。 Based on the analysis of sports public service mode in some main developed countries,taking Chinese current situation into account,the following enlightenment from abroad on the construction of Chinese teenager’s sports service system out of school is revealed:establishing and perfecting the school sports laws and regulations,enhancing the sports public service platform construction,strengthening the function of community service,widely spreading the importance of physical exercise,encouraging social sports instructors to join in,establishing effective external supervision mechanism,and making precise authority and responsibilities of the managementinstitutions.
