“四车道-七通道”高安全性高速公路收费广场设计及通行能力和成本估算

摘  要: 设计了"四车道-七通道"高安全性高速公路收费广场,并对其通行能力和成本进行模型构建与估算。基于提高安全性的需求,该规划模型按提前车道分级、不对称扇形渐进分流和多种收费通道合理分配的思路进行设计。分析了渐变率、摩擦系数、纵坡幅度和汽车制动系数等参数与事故发生次数的线性关系,显示设计安全性较高;利用排队论建立通行能力估算模型,可依次对同种收费通道进行收费通道无车概率、平均等待时间、平均等待车辆数和单车道排队系数等4个参数进行计算,并对规划通行能力进行估算;成本估算模型以工程建造的时间为顺序,合并细化的项目类型,并考虑工程后的规费、税务和利润等因子,对规划设计进行了估算。 A model of a“Four Lane-Seven Channel”safety highway toll plaza was designed and its traffic capacity and cost were calculated.For security,this model was set in accordance with a specified order:advanced lane classification,shunt and distribution of toll channels.The advanced lane classification is aimed to force vehicles of different sizes to be speedlimited before entering the gradient section and to enter the width designated lane.Two sides of the ramp rate are differentand combined with fan-shaped gradual shunt,making ramp rate more fitted to the requirements of the vehicle.Variety charging ways are meant to meet the needs of vehicle fee.The security of the model,traffic capacity and cost were analyzed and estimated as well.The linear regression relationship between accident frequency and gradient rate,coefficient of friction,longitudinal slope,automobile brake coefficient shows the higher security of plaza.Another model of traffic capacity was set by Queuing Theory,basing on different servicing time with different kinds of channels.The traffic capacity model can calculate four parameters of the same tollbooth:probability of the empty toll lane,average waiting time,average waiting vehicle number and single lane queuing coefficient.The cost model was set by time order and merges multifarious cost types.
