摘　　要： 目的探究高危型HPV（人乳头瘤病毒）筛查和液基细胞学（TCT）联合检测于宫颈癌筛检中的价值.方法：选取 2016年2 月至2017年2月收治的136例宫颈癌筛检患者临床资料进行分析,均行高危型HPV筛查与TCT检测,将阴道镜下病理活检作为金 标准,比较单独检测与联合检测价值.结果：联合检查符合率与单独检查相比高CP〈 0.05）,高危型HPV与 TCT检测符合率无差 异CP 〉 0. 05）;联合检查特异度及灵敏度高于高危型HPV、 TCT单独检查CP 〈 0. 05）,且二者单独检测时特异度与灵敏度未显示高 度差CP〉0. 05）.结论：宫颈癌筛检时应用TCT、高危型HPV检查具较高灵敏度、准确度、特异度,具临床推广及应用价值. Objective To explore the value of high-risk HPV （human papillomavirus） screening and liquid-based cytology （TCT） in cervical cancer screening. Methods： The clinical data of 136 patients with cervical cancer screening were analyzed from February to February in 2016. All the high-risk HPV screening and TCT tests were performed. The colposcopic biopsy was used as the gold standard. With joint detection value. Results ： The coincidence rate of combined examination was higher than that of individual examination （P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference between high-risk HPV and TCT test （P 〉0. 05）. The specificity and sensitivity of combined examination were higher than that of high-risk HPV and TCT alone （P 〈0. 05） , and the specificity and sensitivity of the two were not significantly different （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： TCT is used in the screening of cervical cancer. High sensitivity HPV test has high sensitivity, accuracy,specificity, clinical promo-tion and application value.
