摘 要: 西洋参是五加科人参属植物,具有调节免疫力、抗肿瘤等多种功效。多糖是西洋参发挥药用价值的重要活性成分。根据单糖组成不同,西洋参多糖可分为中性多糖和酸性多糖。中性多糖主要包括葡聚半乳糖、阿拉伯半乳聚糖;酸性多糖主要包括RGI和HG型果胶等。西洋参多糖具有免疫调节、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性。本文对近年来发表的文章进行了总结,对西洋参多糖结构和活性研究进展进行了综述,为西洋参多糖的进一步开发和应用提供参考和依据。 Panax quinquefolius was a traditional medicine, contains many active components such as polysaccharides, peptides, essential oil and ginsenosides,among which, polysaccharides were reported to consisted of glucogalactan,arabinogalactan, RG-I and HG type pectin. Polysaccharides from P. quinquefolius have anti-cancer, immune-modulating, anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. For better understanding of the structures and biological activities of all the P. quinquefolius polysaccharides, the recent research achiev-ements were reviewed. This review would be helpful for the relevant researchers to get useful information.
