松杉灵芝多糖含量测定

摘  要: 长白山地区松杉灵芝栽培基质有木屑、段木,栽培方式有大棚栽培、仿野生林下栽培。本试验采用蒽酮-浓硫酸比色法测定吉林地区不同基质、不同栽培方式下的松杉灵芝多糖含量。测定结果表明,段木基质仿野生林下栽培松杉灵芝5个样品多糖含量依次为1.03%、0.77%、0.92%,0.86%,0.91%,野生松杉灵芝多糖含量为0.86%,木屑基质大棚栽培的松杉灵芝多糖含量为0.80%,段木基质大棚栽培的松杉灵芝多糖含量为0.92%,1.03%;木屑基质大棚栽培松杉灵芝多糖含量低于段木基质大棚栽培松杉灵芝多糖含量;段木基质仿野生林下或大棚栽培得到的松杉灵芝多糖含量较高。 The cultivation substrate of Ganoderma tsugae Murr. Included sawdust or wood, the cultivation pattern Included cultivation and mitation of wild forest in Changbai Mountain area.The polysaccharide content was determined by anthrone-concentrated sulfuric acid colorimetry.The result of polysaccharides content in G. tsugae Murr. showed that the wood substrate imitation wild under-story cultivation sample were 1.03%, 0.77%, 0.92%, 0.86%, 0.91%, the wild sample was 0.86%, sawdust base greenhouse cultivation sample was 0.80%, thewood substrate greenhouse cultivation sample was 0.92%, 1.03%.The sample content ofpolysaccharides in awdust base greenhouse cultivation G. tsugae Murr. was lower than that of wood base greenhouse cultivation.The content of polysaccharides in the wood substrate samples was higher than that awdust.
