摘　　要： 目的:促进静脉药物配置中心在儿科用药上的合理应用,提高工作效率,保证儿科患者用药安全。方法:收集医院静脉药物配置中心存在的问题,结合儿科用药的特殊性,为临床用药提供参考。结果:静脉药物配置中心在儿科上的合理用药,可以减少静脉输液在临床上的不良应用,提高输液质量以及进一步保证儿科用药的安全。结论:儿科静脉药物配置中心的建立对患者安全用药发挥了重大作用并且提升儿童医院的治疗效果。 Objective： To promote the rational use of pediatric medication in pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS）,ensure the patients＇ drug safety and improve work efficiency. Methods： Analysis of problems existing in current pharmacy intravenous admixture service and particularity of pediatric drugs,to provide reference for clinical medication. Results： The rational use of pharmacy intravenous admixture service in pediatrics can reduce the intravenous infusion in the clinical adverse application,and improve the quality of infusion to ensure the safety of pediatric medication. Conclusion： The establishment of pharmacy intravenous admixture service greatly contributes to the patients＇ safety and enhances the treatment of children＇s hospital.
