摘 要: 目的探讨护理职场正念对知觉压力和离职意向的影响,并检验知觉压力的中介机制。方法采用横断面网络问卷调查收集数据,使用阶层线性回归法验证变量间的相互关系。结果护士的职场正念处于较高水平(M=4.74,SD=0.63);职场正念对护士知觉压力(β=-0.244,P<0.01)和离职意向(β=-0.235,P<0.01)具有负向预测作用,知觉压力扮演了部分中介效应(β=0.076)。结论职场正念可以抑制护士的知觉压力水平,并能降低护士个体的离职意向。 Objective To explore the influence of workplace mindfulness on perceived stress and turnover intention of nursing staffs, and to test the mediating mechanism of perceived stress. Methods A cross-section online survey method was conducted to collect data through using the multiple line hierarchical regression analysis method to test the relations between variables. Results The level of workplace mindfulness of nurse is high (M=4.74, SD=0.63); Workplace mindfulness had a significantly negative prediction on perceived stress (β= -0.244, P〈0.01) and turnover intention (β= -0.235, P〈0.01) of nurses, and perceived stress played a partly mediation role in relationship (β=0.076). Conclusion Workplace mindfulness can reduce nurses’ the level of perceived stress and effectively decrease turnover intention of nursing staff.
