摘　　要： 实验室利用MMS-200型热模拟试验机研究了钢轨热处理过程中异常组织的转变及其控制,分析了异常组织转变的影响因素,从而避免了钢轨实际热处理过程中产生异常组织。 By using the MMS - 200 thermal simulation tester in laboratory, the transformation and control of abnormal microstructure during rail heat treatment are studied, the influencing factors of abnormal microstructure transformation are analyzed, so as to avoid the generation of abnormal microstructure during the actual heat treatment.
