摘　　要： 目的:观察黄葵胶囊联合百令胶囊治疗对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法:将60例血压正常的早期DN患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。两组患者均给予控制饮食、锻炼、胰岛素降糖等常规治疗。对照组仅给予百令胶囊(3.0g,3次/日),治疗组在对照组的基础上加用黄葵胶囊(5粒,3次/日),治疗12w后比较两组患者血肌酐(SCr)、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿素氮(BUN)、超敏C反应蛋白。结果:两组患者治疗后各指标均好于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:黄葵胶囊联合百令胶囊能有效发挥肾脏保护作用,明显降低早期DN患者蛋白尿水平。 Objective： To observe the clinical effects of ambrette capsule combined with bailing capsule for treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy（ DN）,who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes and DN diagnostic criteria which WHO promulgated in 1999 years,were randomly divided into control group（ n = 30） and treatment group（ n = 30）. Patients in control group were administrated conventional hypoglycemic drugs,lipid,calciumant agonists step-down,diet control and bailing capsule（3. 0g,3 times a day） while in treatment group were administrated ambrette capsule（2. 5g,3 times a day） on this basis. Both the treatment duration was 12 weeks. Urineprotein,blood ureanitrogen（ BUN）,serumcreatinine（ SCr） and Creactive protein（ CRP） were measured respectively before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment. Results： After 12 weeks treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that of control group（ P 0. 05）. The BUN SCr,24 h UAER had decreased significantly in treatment group which compared with control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Ambrette capsule combined with bailing capsule for treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can significantly decrease the urineprotein and improve clinical efficacy of DN and reduce urinary albumin to prevent diabetic nephropathy
