摘　　要： 1937年全国人口普查,是苏联人口普查史上一次独特的事件。普查前,联共(布)中央对人口形势已做出乐观预测。为实现理想目标,中央积极干预普查准备工作,最终,反映20世纪30年代人口态势真相的普查结果令联共(布)中央颜面扫地,于是,逮捕普查负责人、封存统计资料和责令重新普查就成为"忤逆中央心愿"的必然结果。为论证1937年普查数据失真而于1939年再次进行的普查,仍未达到中央的预期,却印证了1937年统计资料的真实性。 The national census in 1937 was the unique event in the history of the Soviet Union. Before the census the central committee of All-Union Communist Party （Bolsheviks） census made an optimistic forecast of demographic situation. In order to achieve the ideal goal, the central committee of All-Union Communist Party （Bolsheviks） positively intervened census preparation work. However, the census results let central committee down. Soon,head of the census was arrested, survey data was sealed and the order for re-census was issued. Another census, which was carried work again in 1939, aims to demonstrate the distortions of the census in 1937. Unfortunately, new census still fallen short of Central Committee＇s expectations instead confirmed the authenticity of the statistical data of census in 1937.
