摘　　要： 党的十八届六中全会以全面从严治党为主题,在新形势下就加强党建工作做出了新的部署,对全面从严治党提出了许多重大观点、重大举措,也赋予了全面从严治党新的历史地位。只有坚持全面从严治党,让党永远与群众相联系,不脱离广大人民群众,才能调动起人民群众的积极性。只有坚持全面从严治党,才能够防止党被少数利益集团控制和绑架,不违背自己的誓言。 The Sixth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CPC） made a new plan for strengthening the Party building work under the new situation, and put forward many major views and initiatives on the all-round strengthening of Party self-conduct, giving a new historical status to the all-round strengthening of Party self- conduct. Only by adhering to the all-round strengthening of Party self-conduct and keeping in touch with the people, can the CPC stimulate the enthusiasm of the masses. Only by adhering to the all-round strengthening of Party self-conduct, can the CPC prevent itself from being manipulated by a handful of interest groups and fulfill its oath.
