摘　　要： 通过《中长期青年发展规划(2016~2025年)》的制定与实施,推出促进青年成才的重要举措,将青年作为未来与希望的宏大政治性描述纳入治国理政的政策制定与运行之中。习近平关于青年成才的重要思想,是习近平治国理政新理念的重要组成部分,既深刻揭示了青年成长成才的发展变化规律,又体现了党对青年工作一以贯之地重视和一贯性要求。习近平关于青年成才思想对于开展青年工作具有前瞻性的风向标式的时代意义。 The ＂Medium and Long-term Youth Development Plan （2016~2025）＂ is introduced as an important measure to help young people to achieve success, the grand political description of the young people as the future and hope of the nation is incorporated into the formulation and implementation of policies on the governance of China. Xi＇s important thought on the progress of young people is an important part of his new concept of governance. It not only reveals the laws governing the young people＇s progress, but also reflects the Party＇s consistent attention to and requirements on the work related to the youth. Xi＇s thought on the young people＇s progress is of far-sight significance to doing the work related to the youth well.
