摘　　要： 党把生态文明建设与中国特色社会主义的经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设的各方面以及全过程相融合,形成"五位一体"总体布局。生态文明建设已经成为不可或缺的重要内容,并且只有与经济、政治、文化、社会建设相互联系、相互促进才能更好地推进生态文明建设。建设生态文明不仅是中国特色社会主义的必然选择和历史使命,更是破解经济发展矛盾困境、助推社会主义民主法治建设和政治建设、变革文化价值观和促进社会和谐及人全面发展的必然诉求。 The CPC integrates ecological progress with the whole process and all areas of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, which includes economic, political, cultural, and social development, thus forming the ＂five-in-one＂ general arrangement. Ecological progress has become an indispensable part of the arrangement, and only when it interacts with the economic, political, cultural, and social development, can it advance further. Promoting ecological progress is not only the inevitable choice and historical mission of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also helps to resolve the conflicts and plight of economic development, improve the socialist democracy, rule of law and political development, reform the cultural values, and promote social harmony and people＇s well-rounded development.
