摘　　要： 阐述了现代写字楼使用要求的提高和房地产开发中设计管理的重要意义,通过中交财富中心项目实际案例的分析,重点介绍了房地产设计管理过程中可以后期优化和深化的几个方面,如：建筑结构设计、室内装修设计、园林景观设计以及其它二次深化设计等,以期为类似项目提供参考借鉴. This paper expounds the increasing requirements for the use of modern office buildings and the significance of design management in real estate development. Through the analysis of the actual case about the fortune center project of China Communications Construction Company, this paper focuses on several aspects that can be optimized and deepened in the later stage during the design management process of real estate, such as architectural design, interior decoration design, landscape design, and other further design, etc., so as to provide reference for similar projects.
