摘　　要： 为了提高高校的学科团队建设工作,东北农业大学积极开展学科团队建设,学科团队已经成为东北农业大学学科建设的重要载体。通过开展学科建设,动物营养与饲料科学学科在人才队伍、科学研究、人才培养、条件建设、学术交流、社会服务等方面取得了较好的成绩,笔者从动物营养与饲料科学学科团队建设方面进行探讨。 In order to improve the discipline team construction,the Northeast Agricultural University actively carries out the discipline team construction which has become an important carrier of the discipline construction in Northeast Agricultural University. Through the implement of the discipline construction,the specialty of animal nutrition and feed science has achieved great improvement in the aspects of talent team,scientific research,talent training,condition construction,academic communication and social services,etc. The paper discusses about the discipline team construction of animal nutrition and feed science specialty.
