摘　　要： 学徒制在东西方国家都有着悠久的发展历史,为推进各国的经济和杜会发展做出了重要贡献。目前学徒制仍是世界各国人才培养的重要形式之一,在职业教育、社会培训上有着广泛的应用。笔者分析了在现代学徒制下畜牧机械课程的开发,依据课程开发的指导思想,进行了前期调研,找到了课程开发的突破口,对课程的内容进行了整合,使教学过程对接工作过程,开发出易于实施的"理实一体化"课程,有效提高应用型技能人才的培养质量。 The apprenticeship system has a long history in both eastern and western countries,and has made great contributions to promoting the national economic and social development. Currently,the＂apprenticeship systerm＂is still one of the most important forms of talent training in the world,and it has a wide range of applications in vocational education and social training. The author analyzed the development of the husbandry machinery under modern apprenticeship systerm. According to the guiding ideology of course development,prophase investigation was carried out. In the end,a breakthrough in the course development was found,and the content of the course was integrated to make the teaching process and to develop the course of integrating theory with practice which is easy to implement to effectively improve the training quality of applied skilled personnel.
