摘　　要： 在深化教学改革、培养应用型人才的大背景下,经管类专业经济法实践教学严重滞后,本文在分析该课程实践教学存在的主要问题的基础上,结合其自身特点,从课程设置、教学内容调整、优化传统教学方法和技术手段等方面进行探讨,重构经济法课程设计与课堂教学模式,注重培养学生实务操作技能,以期提高经济法课程实践教学的质量和效果,实现应用型人才培养的目标。 in the background of deepening teaching reform and the cultivation of applied talents, management specialty practice teaching of economic law is seriously lagging behind, based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the course of practice teaching, combining with its own characteristics, from the curriculum, teaching content adjustment, optimize the traditional teaching methods and techniques etc. study design and classroom teaching mode of the reconstruction of economic law, pay attention to the cultivation of students practical skills, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of economic law course practice teaching, to achieve the objective of cultivation of applied talents.
