摘　　要： 针对生源质量、导师指导、学术氛围、质量保障等影响研究生科研能力的主要因素,吉林大学通过完善招生选拔办法、推进课程改革、加强师资队伍建设、完善创新激励机制和构建质量保障体系等一系列举措,保障和促进了研究生科研能力的提升。 According to the main factors of the research quality, instructors, academic atmosphere and quality guarantee of graduate students, through the improvement of enrollment methods, advance the curriculum reform, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, improve the incentive mechanism of innovation and construction of quality assurance system and a series of initiatives to promote the research ability of graduate students of Jilin University.
