摘 要: 五轴铣削薄壁件时温度的变化会影响加工工件表面的形貌,而表面形貌又会影响零件的使用性能。综述了五轴铣削加工薄壁件时温度的测量方法,包括直接和间接测量;介绍了利用ANSYS、AdvantEdge等软件进行温度仿真的方法。表面形貌若不规则,加工完成的薄壁件则无法稳定工作,而在众多影响表面形貌的因素中,温度是最复杂多变且难以控制的,因此单独研究了其影响规律。薄壁件表面在高温条件下会对表面形貌产生优劣两方面影响,因此应将薄壁件的铣削温度控制在一个合理的范围内。 The temperature changes would affect the workpieces'surface topography of thin-walled parts in five axis milling,and the parts performance would be affected by the surface topography.Aiming at the thin walled workpiece in five axis milling,the temperature measurement methods which included direct or indirect ways were summarized.The temperature simulation methods realized with ANSYS,AdvantEdge and other software were introduced.If the surface topography was irregular,the processed thin wall parts could not work stably.Among the factors that affected the surface morphology,the temperature was the most complicated and difficult to control,so the influence laws of the temperature was researched.The surface topography of thin walled parts could be affected under high temperature conditions,which included advantage and disadvantage.Therefore,the milling temperature of thinwalled parts should be controlled within a reasonable range.
