摘　　要： 无创产前DNA检测技术(NIPT)作为一种产前筛查与诊断的新技术,在临床中的推广应用必然会遇到伦理、社会、道德、政策、法律等多方面的问题。本文分析近5年报道NIPT技术相关的医学学术文献,发现多数文献报道该技术的敏感性、特异性、准确性及无创、安全、快速等优势,却容易忽略伦理和社会相关问题。本文探讨这些问题并提出几点思考。 As a new technology, non-invasive DNA prenatal testing （NIPT） can encounter ethical, social, moral, policy, legal and other issues in the clinical application of NIPT.This paper analyzes the medical literature related to NIPT technology in the past 5 years.It is found that most of the literature reports on the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, noninvasive, safe and rapid advantages of NIPT, discuss easily ignores ethical and social related issues, and propose a few thoughts.
