摘　　要： 本文首先阐述了在我国慢性病的若干特点。近年来慢性病死亡呈现持续快速增长态势,尤其是许多中老年人常患多种慢性病,而这些慢性病之间又形成十分复杂的关系。根据这些特点,特别是多种慢性病的复杂性提出要想搞好慢性病的有效控制必须在整合医学观念的指导下将各种相关临床学科整合在一起,将慢性病患者作为一个整体,共同做好常见慢性病的防控工作。同时还必须通过构建分级医疗体系,各级医疗机构各尽其能、各负其责,其中重要的是必须充分发挥基层医疗单位在防控慢性病中的作用,最后就慢性病防控分级医疗问题提出具体若干建议。 This paper first describes the characteristics of several chronic diseases in our country.In recent years, chronic disease death continued to show rapid growth, especially in many elderly people often suffer from various chronic diseases, and the formation of complex relationship between these chronic diseases.According to these characteristics, especially the complexity of many chronic diseases is proposed to improve the effective control of chronic disease in the integrative medicine must be under the guidance of the concept of the various clinical disciplines together, will slow the patient as a whole, the common good common chronic disease prevention and control work.At the same time also must through the construction of grading health care system, medical institutions at all levels to do their duties, which is important to give full play to the role of grassroots medical institutions in the prevention and control of chronic diseases in, finally proposes some concrete suggestions on the prevention and control of chronic disease grading medical problems.
