摘　　要： 以城市低收入家庭的划分方法、低收入家庭的居住现状分析为基础,运用案例分析方法,以城市低收入家庭的住宅区设计为研究对象,通过对北京市经济适用房小区北京西城区乐城家园、济南市廉租房小区济南世纪中华城以及香港沙田区马鞍山公共屋邨3个不同城市的典型低收入家庭住宅区设计进行案例分析,探寻其设计特点与优劣,为城市低收入家庭的住宅区设计提供借鉴。 Based on the division method for urban low-income families and the current living conditions of low-income households,this paper discusses various designs of urban housing for low-income families.Comparing and contrasting three distinct designs of affordable housing such as Beijing Lecheng Homes,Ji＇nan Century Chinatow n,and Hong Kong M a＇ anshan Public Housing,this paper analyzes the characteristics of residential design of low-income families in urban areas and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of design features. The analysis provides foundation and recommendations for future residential design of low-income families in cities.
